Terms and Conditions:
All rates are quoted in American Dollars, and 21%
government tax and service will be charged.
Including breakfast.
Day use until 6:00 PM will be charged 25%.
Check out time at 12.00 PM.
Extension beyond 6:00 PM will be charged 50%.
Cancellation: 7 days in a low season & 14 days in
high season (July, August & Dec 20 - Jan 10).
If cancellation are made on shorter notice and for no shows,
one night accommodation will be charged.
Full payment must be settled at least within the week
of arrival, maximum on arrival day, any failure to prepay
the reservation the villa has the right to charge the client
directly.
